What does a session with me look like?

Before a session I offer free consultations to clients over the phone. I like to know more about you and your pet to customize the experience to your pets personality and your lifestyle. During the consultation we will discuss locations for the session based on your dogs personality, how you envision displaying your artwork, and where you typically explore. We discuss how many pets, what type, and who will be in the photos, and more.

We will meet at the photo location determined by the consultation. Then you and your pet will get to enjoy the outdoors while I capture those memories! I will capture posed as well as candid moments, usually all on leash. A standard session will last around 1-2 hours, tailored to your pets needs I will send you a session guide prior to the session to help you prepare.

After the session, we will meet on zoom or in person within 3 weeks to review the lightly edited photos. I will assist you with selecting the perfect photos to be used for your wall art, album or keepsake box.
Session fees:
Retainer fee is $200 and includes $200.00 toward collections, wall art, album or folio box. Includes a pre-consultation/planning session, 1-2 hour session at a local park, and ordering appointment at which time I assist you with choosing your favorite images and choosing your artwork/products. Your photos will be professionally edited. Most clients spend a minimum of $500.
**End of Life Sessions: If your pet won’t be with us much longer please reach out. These sessions tend to be shorter and we will choose a location that fits your pets needs, even in the home. Your pet being comfortable is the most important aspect.
***Periodically I have limited edition sessions which are shorter and have a lower session fee. Please reach out if interested and I will put you on the list.
